hmmm but bro, do you take protein?
-
I think this is a great idea. Your an inspirational guy training only body weight and are truly are strong with an amazing physique to show for it.
My question is: Do you have a training split? How often do you workout and how long are your workouts? Thanks, appreciate it.

Could you maybe do a full nutritional and video on weekly training outlining what you recommend in regards of the details? That would be appreciated since you have the knowledge especially since I'm doing body weight like you and wish to build some muscle but first burn some body fat with a solid diet, I think portion and calorie control is the easiest way to mess up...

@plmcmm Oh for sure man, fat is very important in terms of building muscle. It is responsible for testosterone production, making nutrient bio available, and cleaning out your arteries (considering your eating poly/mono unsaturated fats) just to name a few of the ways the body uses it. I eat on average 80 grams of fat and there have been no problems with my health, it is the processed carbs that you want to stay away from and it appears you are doing that. Keep eating your healthy fats!

@backsnaps1 thx 4 your reply. I thought it has to deal with the percentage of protein/carbs/fats in the diet. I eat what I consider a healthy diet (unprocessed food and with the minimum amount of additives), but as far as the p/c/f ratio goes, I eat a bit more fat than what bodybuilders consider normal. Is this still a clean diet?
-
@plmcmm Clean diet usually refers to eating whole foods that are healthy for you, not junk foods or fast foods, those are considered to be dirty. Which is why some people that go on a "dirty bulk" go all out and eat pretty much anything while still practicing moderation.
-
What do you mean by clean diet?

@vinhxonxaccord err... working out, jumping rope, shadow boxing?? try those, if they don't work then ask your question again.

do the workouts and results differ between Men and Women? I've heard that a few things won't work for both genders, like different foods, or workouts
DangerBrooks 2 months ago in playlist Nutrition
@DangerBrooks Here's the thing, women produce much less tesoterone compared to men, hence you will not become built like a man with these workouts, unless you take hormones or steroids. Bodyweight/Weight training is very effective for women too, you will get a nice physique from them.
