What woman/Man rights are you talking about? Some of the victims are 15 16 and 17 who we call girls?? Jon's lawyer agree that sex was concensual. That is rape in India too. He should have stick with 18 n older. Rape is always hard to prove because it never gets reported right away. Evidences are lost.

This is not the case of Indian being convicted because of his ethnicity. It is the problem of all the men in the west. The laws there make it easy for a woman to put men behind bars on a false complaint.
Why should men give their lives fighting for women s rights in Iraq. First they should assert their rights in their won country.
