  • Classical,Easy understanding of the Upanishad by rightly pointing out"Mirror reflection analogy".THIS IS THE UNIQUENESS OF YOGI NITHYANANDA.He has reinforced the Dharma shastra teaching of importance of having right mental attitude while taking bath and eating food. The essence of Taitriyoupanishad and its proclaimation of "annam" as "Prana" and vice versa is well said by this greatest of yogi!!.Every word said by him is essence of veda.It is cosmic to call him"APPLIED VEDIC SCIENTIST".Krishna.
