@sparkshadowtiger That's right. Every American PR season we watch... is a Japanese Sentai season the year before. Japan gets it first... WE get it a year later.

@CrowsSymphonyRequiem This is Super Sentai, which is what the Power Rangers are based off of. This is what would have come after Mighty Morphin, had they not chosen to just steal the zords and the white ranger, and make it a part of something it's not originally a part of.

@hhhfiles Thanks for the info. To be honest I don't follow the japanese series for two reasons. I can't understand it, and I can keep up with all their seasons. It's just too many. But Saban did a good job re-introducing the series to the west of the world IMO. Again, thanks for the info.

@CrowsSymphonyRequiem its not a return of the thunder zords its the actual show they came from. saban put it in power rangers but it originaly came from Dairanger the same as white tiger ranger he wasent supposed to be in the team saban put him in but was added.

@CrowsSymphonyRequiem I never heard of Pirate Armada. But.. this is for a fanfic contest I was in. We had to use Dairanger's suits, powers weapons and zords in the fic..

@hhhfiles you're right. it is. the rules of the contest i was in was we could use any monsters from Toku we wanted in our fanfics. dairanger's suits and zords were used though.
