This is part 1 of 2 part footage of the Dutch national football team getting in their bus after a meeting and press-adress with Dutch prime-minister Balkenende.

You can see the prime mister with glasses and orange tie saying the final farewells to players getting into their bus in light grey suits and having a final word with the coach and Royal Dutch Football Union officials.
This happened on the 2nd day after the team arrived back to the Netherlands after World cup football 2010 final with Spain in South Africa.
The players were congratulated in the morning in The Hague by the prime-minister with reaching the final and thanked for an enjoyable time they provided for the whole country. This took place in a ministerial work residence of Balkenende called the "Catshuis" which is located between The Hague centrum and Scheveningen beach.
Coach Bert van Marwijk and retiring captain Giovanni van Bronckhorst were presented with knighthood medals representing the fact that they are now both "Knights of the order of Netherlands Nassau".
Then the players would travel to meet Queen Beatrix in "Paleis Noordeinde" which is her majesty's The Hague city centrum ceremonial residence palace. After a brief conversation they would all pose for a photo-op for the crowd outside.
Then the team drove down to a small military airfield near the coast of North Sea where they would board a military Chinook helicopter and take off to big festivities in Amsterdam. These festivities included a long water canal boat ride in the crowded (both on land and water) city and celebrations in city centrum with dancing and congratulations.
