How on earth can MPs justify
any expense on a second home
to paid for by the tax payer.
How normal is it for the average
citizen of Britian to have a home.
And then expect with that wealth
that someone else should pay for it.
It's simply beyond the bounds of
normalcy.

In this video Anne Widdicombe
is defending knowledge and
address of second homes.
If an MP is that rich then
they can by their privacy
by either not taking money
for their second home or
Leaving politics.

Anne defending the indefensible
complety ignores the matter
of discloser here. She ignores
that MPs taking money for
second homes from the public
while not disclosing the fact
is called stealing.
It's taking without permision.

Me ? Well I work full time, take home about £650 a month and I have to pay for EVERYTHING I get. Any improvements / repairs I need I have to pay for. And the Govt have just increased my tax. But I guess Ann W. will never read this !

People always forget - MP's are tax payers too! When I hear stupid talk from the thick British Public about "they are taking tax payers money" well, they are entitled too. The BBC staff claim a lot more expenses from licence fee payers

Rational? Nope. Illuminating? Nope. Defensive? Yes. so 2 + 2 still make 4 and Widdicombe seemed rather familiar with what it takes to run anything by the taxpayers in the second home. Why does parliament not build a barracks to house these thieves in London? That would put a stop to this blatant fraud.
