The category browsing he mentions at :43 is different in the new version. You have to add the step of pressing the sound tab (button 3). Yes! the video is sh*t out of date like most things at Native Instruments.

@FRB1420 only as a midi controller. you can use it without looking at your computer if you have the software that comes with it new

Im having trouble changing a sound on the pad. I select pad one which is a kick sound, to browse through all the kick sounds like you showed. But it only goes back to the group i uploaded in the first place...why is that? Is it different in the new 1.7 software?

In 1.5 (at least), you need to select the 'Group' tab (button 3) first, before you'll be able to access the 'Group' filter
