  • i love red wing shoes

  • 1:29 look thats all that holds the sole of the boot to the upper a little glue

  • @healthjunkie1 I love Doc Martens they are great boots especially for hiking, I prefer the old school design similar to paratroop boots. But don't you think Timberlands are a ripoff considering they just use the glue and no stitch and the price is still like $140

  • @whereskim89 Yes, they used to. At least 10 years ago or more. Buy Dr. Martins instead. They still stitch.

  • Timberland boots like these are so damn expensive, why are the damn soles glued on and not stitched? I can go to Sears spend $39 dollars and buy the exact style of boots and the soles are stitched on and save $100. The uppers on Timberlands are a great simple efficient design but for $140 I want the soles to be more than just glued to the upper.

  • @healthjunkie1 They used to stitch the soles on Timberland's? I really like Timberland but soles that are glued on don't inspire confidence in my footwear espescially if I want to do some deepwoods backpacking and have the soles of 140 dollar Timberland boot seperate from the upper :(

  • @killerwill55 red wings to clunky and heavy and i aint feeling that white sole

  • @healthjunkie1 dr martens way better, i used to buy tims until i found dms lol

  • Silly people.. docs are shit..

    go redwings

  • I bought some timberlands and returned them because I noticed the soles were not stitched like they used to be. I bought Doc Martens instead. Timberlands like Toyota has losts their roots. Quality is shit.
