@JamCamp06 Well, I THOUGHT I did. Now, I'm not so sure. I've found a web-based dealer of harmonicas and accessories, whose website claims to have some in stock. However, based on your statement, I'm no longer sure just how old that web page is. As a one-man-band, I really need a Strnad or something similar. If I can't find one, do you have any suggestions on the next best option?

@FEDinSEA If I'm interpreting the view correctly, the Harmonica is a Strnad brand SHPVC10 model harmonica mic.  It "attaches" directly to most 10-hole diatonic harmonicas; then you place the whole assembly in the neck rack. The great news is they cost under $100. I WILL HAVE ONE...SOON!
