Great trailer. Still my all time favorite show. This is the real Miami Vice. The movie sucked.

Every once in a while a video comes along that captures brilliance...this one has. I suspect there are very few people today who know all the in depth plots of Castillo, but this has managed to cram most of them in. BUSHIDO FOREVER!

Like theratfarmer said, this is Jan Hammer score from the tv show. The first part with the flutes sounds like the middle of 'Colombia'; the later part is 'Golden Triangle'.

I say the make a reboot of the Miami Vice Movie and get the Original actors to reprise their roles. Hollywood just pay them what ever they need, I guarantee you will make a profit and then some????

it sounds like a synthesizer, Jan Hammer probably. he did a lot of very cool and unique music for this show. if Ed respects him, he (Jan) must be good.

I totally AGREE with LuvBigbutt. I couldn't understand why hllywood didn't have the original cast play in the movie, would have been way cooler.

Apparently Olmos was the only one they asked to be in the 2006 movie; Olmos as Castillo and Fox and Ferrel as new vicers. Since Olmos said no, they decided to just have Fox and Ferrel play Crockett and Tubbs. A shame, wouldve made more sense that way.
