Troy Davis is at risk of execution as early as September 2011, even though grave doubts about his guilt remain. Part Two "A Case Unraveled" examines how the evidence in his case has completely fallen apart.

With all legal appeals exhausted, Davis' fate will be in the hands of Georgia's Board of Pardons and Paroles. Once his execution date is scheduled, they will be presented with the option of permanently preventing his execution.

  • This is sick. I think about the ones executing this man. The executioners who murder this man. They argue its their job. At what point do you say enough is enough, this isnt right, I cannot do this. I wonder when they get their paychecks for their murder and pay for a meal, will they think "I killed a man for this. That mans life was worth this." People are turning into robots fueled by money and hate.

  • @MrChannel5news How am I wrong if you agree with the majority of what I say? Not all Muslim women wear burkas btw and personally I think saying "A lot of countries cultures are idiotic" is an ignorant/arrogant generalisation. Other people's culture's might see weird to us but thats why we need to understand them rather than change them. In the same respects some of the things in our culture might seem stupid to others. In reality the only stage we need to move on from is Policing the World.

  • I have a question for the public (intelligent compassionate humans, that have that extra something called the human element, THINKING):

HOW THE FUCK DO PEOPLE LIKE BRENDA FORREST GET TO DECIDE THE FATE OF A MAN??

    The answer: PRIMITIVE LAW SYSTEM

Conclusion: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO OPEN UR EYES AND HEARTS, AND CALL THIS SYSTEM A FLAW OF THE US SOCIETY

  • @Jamjo22 Alright maybe not the colorful robes but you get what im trying to say.

  • @BURGSTLYLE727 No, they were manipulated. They were victims too. The law enforcement who threatened them if they didn't lie are the ones who need to be brought up on charges.

  • @cantbeatme1791 Did you miss the part where the witnesses say they were coerced into lying? I'd like to see a cop tell you he was going to lock up you if you didn't implicate some stranger in a crime...yeah I'm sure you would refuse without thinking twice. Yeah right.

  • I don't know whether Troy did it or not, but I certainly think there was too much doubt to take his life. He wasn't going anywhere outside those prison doors. And as far as the evidence goes, I'm not naive enough to blindly accept either side. Just like the 7 recanters doesn't prove his innocence a bunch of people saying he did isn't doesn't make him guilty. I do know for a fact that police often get ppl to say things that they know aren't true though.

  • @MrChannel5news How is wearing "colorful robes" anymore idiotic than wearing a necktie with paisley print, for example? Was that a serious comment?

  • WHY ARE PEOPLE SO AFRAID OF THE POLICE?!

    FUCK THE POLICE!!!!!!

WHY IS KIND OF POLICE BRUTALITY TOLERATED?! AND WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE GIVE IN TO THIS MESS?! PEOPLE STOP BEING A PUPPET FOR DISHONEST COPS!!

    FUCK THE POLICE!!!!!!

  • @RealityHurts923 Of course

  • @nickcanon Would you say the same thing about our military?
