Where is the "original" manuscript of the bible? Long gone....faded away!! We don't have any of the "originals" anymore..but we do have an Authorized Version that a man can read and be blessed by!!

Who uses this "great help" that really believes that the bible is the final authority? Why do we keep going to the "Greek" for help? Is not our Authorized Version good enough? KJV stands alone!!

Yes i am saying that our King James Bible far exceeds the former. Where does all this lead us to? It leads to confusion of the saints my friend!! I am tired of hearing men correct that God honored book called the Authorized Version....for where the word of a king is there is power!! We don't need to go to the "Greek" to understand what God is saying!! We have a preserved inspired text that men have tried to mess with with all the crazy translations like the niv, esv, nasv, etc.

@mrmark262 So please, before you bring your man made traditions into the sphere of hermeneutics, remember that Jesus denounced the pharisees for teaching the traditions of man were as important if not more important than the commandments of God. (Matt 15:3, Mark 7:5-8) People that say the KJV is the only authorized word are destroying the faith of others seeking God, because you tell them unless they read an outdated translation they are in error, and turn their faith away.

@mrmark262 so you're suggesting the KJV is superior to the original manuscripts? You do realize that the KJV is an imperfect translation of the originals right? It is impossible for english of any kind to adequately convey the meaning of God's word. For instance, the Greek word pisteou which is constantly translated believe in many english translations actually means much more: to think to be true, to be persuaded of, to credit, place/have confidence in object of reference.

Another words, i can't understand God's word without this popular bible?? I don't need the original greek to understand what the King James Bible is telling me. Fyi people, the so called men that say that they can read greek.....chances are they don't speak greek. Very important lesson. Why would i listen to someone who knows greek but can't speak greek? Stop tampering with the King James Bible and throwing in the greek wording.
