  • what do u say to people working in stores? and what are they saying to us upon walking in?

  • @remar05

    IRRASHAIMASE!

  • Konnichiwa Victor sensei:

Ogenki desu ka. Ima, watashi wa okage sama de. (is this ok to add the "ima, watashi wa" in front?)

When my husband comes back home late from work, is it proper to say...

    "Otsukaresamadeshita" to him.

Or if he's not home yet, but I can no longer keep my eyes open waiting... before going to sleep... I would send a IM saying ... Otsukaresamadeshita. Oyasumi

I wonder if I could do that too....

  • @Laura17T

Yeah, I think sending him a PM like that would be fine. But I wouldn't say it once he got home.

  • I have a question about the お疲れさまでした。。what if I didn't do the work but someone else does it for me? is there a set phrase for that? Thanks!

  • @iceypickett

    Not quite getting your question.

  • the words are disappearing too fast >.<

  • GREAT videos! Ive lived in Japan for 10 months now and have been struggling to speak the language. So happy I found your channel, thanks :)

  • When reading most japanese words, being unable to speak the language as of yet, I always thought the "u" at the end of most words was emphasized. You, however don't seem to emphasize or you do but it is very fast. I would just like to know whether to say Japanese words and emphasize the "u" or not.

  • You are a samurai!! Lol
