A black bear was found on a garbage truck in downtown Vancouver, Canada where there is a population of more than 2.1 million people. The bear was tranquilized and helped off the garbage truck by a brave police officer. Only in Canada. (CBC Video)

    The cops will tranquillize a bear, but not a human who's acting out of place. Then the bullets start to fly. I've never heard a good answer about that . . .
