  • i think that's just your muscles.

  • wasn't extending high enough in this video to work front deltoids

  • maybe your weight is too heavy. remember to concentrate on form first. check your grip is shoulder width and do a slow smooth motion straight up and down, back straight shoulders back. also dont do shrugs instead. shrugs exercise your traps. you will just end up with a big neck and tiny shoulders. this exercises your lateral delts. this is an important exercise

  • This exercise is naturally pretty dangerous and harmful for the rotator cuff in your shoulders. I'd avoid it altogether. Do shrugs instead.

  • i find it when i do theese it almost feels like my shoulder pops out of place then i feel pain

    am i doing something wrong?
