Buffalo Attack!

Richard, Kelly, and Brian at Yellowstone National Park. 2 buffalo nearly rammed our car! I was parked on the side of the road and another car was right behind us parked with 5 feet of space between us. The buffalo ran full speed right between that 5 foot gap and crossed the road! insane!

So I was talking with one of my friends the other day who pointed out that when my friend Richard starts screaming "Oh my God Brian!" that he sounds just like the infamous double rainbow guy. I had no idea about the double rainbow guy at the time... so I watched it, and Richard totally sounded like the double rainbow guy! :)

Why does everybody call Bison Buffalos? Bison are not buffalos, they are more closely related to cattle, gaur, yaks, and kouprey. They are only distant relatives of the real buffalos, the Cape/African Buffalo and the Wtaer Buffalo. Sometimes I wonder how that got started. I'm not ranting, I'm just stating facts.

I totally defend myself here, I am the guy yelling for Bryan. He is the driver and I had just jumped back into the car. DRIVE MAN!!!!! I didnt know if they were going between the car or at our car. They were not running at me when I first hop'ed out of the car about 15 feet for a clear pic of them running. They turned towards us, but the video starts with them heading about right at us. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Oh and I had just smoked a little, soooooooooooooo yeah :D

@TheMontanaDave And I'm well aware of the differences between Cheyennes, Lakota, Dakota, Nakota, Oglala, and Rosebud. Sioux is actually a collection of tribes. The same way my tribe is an Algonquin tribe. But most people don't know the difference.

And since make a laughable comment like "Native Americans say Tatanka." (which they don't), I assumed you didn't know the difference.

@TheMontanaDave Nope, no bullshitin. I'm from the S&F tribe, HQ in stroud, OK. Chairman is George Thurman. He has a daughter my age who I went to school with. Prominent traditional S&F families are Walkers, Macks, McLellands, among others.

My ex wife was Oglala Sioux, from Pine Ridge reservation. Supposedly shes descended from Red Cloud. They have a cousin who is married to an FBI agent who helped put away AIM members. She was previously married to Dennis Banks.
