I've been to Hawaii 14 times and yeah, this happens a lot. The freeways are way too small and there are too many unnecessary exits.

@dammyousuck I agree with you this looks like the 134 freeway in Downtown Glendale at rush hour and the 210 freeway in Downtown Pasadena at rush hour when you go on the H1 freeway in Downtown Honolulu.
