I really like that he didn't rush anything. Very relaxing interpretation, and my favorite beside Andre Laplante's. The tone of that steinway was amazing, really gave that nice watery feel.
I always have to come back to this interpretaion of this piece. It' s easily one of the best I've ever heard.
1:20-1:48 is pure bliss! The way he builds into the crescendo is sublte and powerful and not overwhelming. Just perfect while saving the climax for a later moment in the piece.
