A Perfect Circle - Counting Bodies

I think I understand what this means but I'm not sure. Could someone explain this to me?

The S stands for "Satan", or enemy in old old jewish or arabic (I don't remeber which one it was, but I'm sure for the meaning). Wasn't it Bush that said something like "If you're not with me, then you're my enemy". I'm almost sure he did.
P.S. This is a personal thought of mine, based on my own logic. I can't say that this is exactly what is meant, although I find it quite fitting.
