One of the most informative amp videos I've seen on Youtube. Nice style demos and no wanking for once. Thanks man

Got the DT and the sweet spot is from 12 oclock to 2 oclock after that gets a bit mushy to me but thats with passives, actives may be a different story cant tell you for sure dont have any to try.But that sweet spot from 12-2 is WICKED!!! Thanks for the demo

@animeaddict24711 also, never fire up your amp without it being hooked up to a speaker cab, a good way to kill the amp
-
Sounds like the DT is more scooped and TT is more all rounder Orange tone.

@animeaddict24711 When I bought my first guitar mag I was so confused how amps could be so small and make so much noise! I realise now that I was just looking at amp heads without the speakers, I think heads and cabs are definitely a good way to go but don't call yourself a noob, everybody has to learn somehow :)

Hey, sorry for being a noob, but I've only ever played with combo amps before so I'm new to the whole head and cab thing... If I were to get a Tiny Terror would it need to be plugged into a cab to play or can it be on its own. What would be the point of it being so small if you needed a cab?
Thanks.

@animeaddict24711 you would need a cab, however it is much lighter and smaller than carrying around a full size head

Outstanding demo. No talk, all action.
Dark terror is not that fizzy in real life. It has an insanely huge amount of gain geared for metal players.
Just got the DT coz I think it's more versatile and has an fx loop. Still got a lot of experimenting to do to get the classic rock tones similar to TT.

@marlonmm Thanks man, I am working on a new demo today comparing 4 overdrives, should be done in about a week, I am also going to using a Royer R 101 through an API pre amp most likely so this should help with the clarity of what is really going on, please subscribe as I will be doing many demos now that the studio is re done
