well i'll be frank with you. Most of the BBers here are doing this for the sake of showing off rather than competing. But DAMN i've seen some really ripped guys here, and if they do compete, they'll definitely win. Hassan Alsaka stopped training me recently because he said he was busy for some competition. He was working out intensly the last time i saw him. I'm not really into these competitions but he's definitely preparing for something. It could be a comeback :)

Are some very good BBers emerging? There is a growing fan base for Arab BBers in the USA. It's only a matter of time, some of us feel, that someone from ur area will reclaim the MrO title that Samir Bannout captured for ur area of the world. AlSaka is a great BBer.

yup, he's actually my personal trainer. I heard he was famous so i decided to search for his name online. I didn't know he was THAT famous :)
