is it any problem if you work out in more than 3 minutes a day with ab circle pro?

and when I work out on it, i don't feel like i'm working out my stomach.. only my back hurts?? why is that? i thought that you would feel like youre working out the stomach but i dont feel anything, should it be like that?

Sorry, but I have no personal experience with this nor am I a trainer. But I would guess if your back is hurting and you're not feeling the crunch in your abs, you're probably not keeping your back flat which requires you to tighten your abs and use your core muscles. Try watching yourself in front of a mirror or have a friend watch to help you get in the right position for max benefits.

I cant believe people fall for things like this, its even more laughable than that shake weight thing (well almost).

Those models know full well that the only way to lose weight is with a strict sensible diet combined with cardio exercise and maybe some weight lifting..... this product provides neither. I would think they would have more respect for people.

@5posom i get high everyday. i eat fast food about 2-3 times a day becuz i use marijuana. but i go to the gym everyday play ball for about 1-2 hours and come home and use the ab circle for 20 minutes a day. the results are freaking amazing. i would lose a lot of weight if i ate healthy.
