Hello. I just received my Reiki 1 attunement and now I am on the first day of my self-healing. How did you feel at first? Did it take time and practice to get the pulses of energy?

I have kept a journal of experiences and they are something right out of the old test./science fiction like things.Truly miraculous. Most of my friends don't know what to say when they see my hands with glowing trails and pulses of energy, wisps of liquid looking air above my palms. Anyone care to explain any of this to me?

I started seeing angels before I could feel them. Now I channel them every day. the more you channel their energy and work to better yourself. they more they love and help you and your good will. Miracles have been continually happening around me and I can see (YES SEE) some of our helpers at times. Broad day light seems to be the best. I want to know why this started happening to me so powerfully and how to channel it better.
