  • So, what the fuck is this guy trying to say? Don't lift weights in prison cuz you're more vulnerable to a sneak attack? And what the fuck is this 52 hand blocks bullshit?

  • @masterexploder83 lift what you want, and 52 is our style of boxing

    peace

  • How to build this up?

  • @xtherealtm do small reps with 5 to 10 sets keep adding reps until you max out your base sets. then add more sets

    peace

  • @FarisiDaniel Thanks, yeah like 4 months ago, i wasn't able to do 2 reps.

Now i'm at 9 so ill keep adding

    Peace

  • @xtherealtm invest in the small things for long term growth and before you know it you're there

  • I understand what you are saying about the difference between weights and the bar. Lifting is you against the weight. The bar is you against you. The performance element of this is remarkable as well. Someday an Olympic sport???

  • I believe those BAR GYMNASTICS are primarily for show and strength. I cannot see the functionality in some of the exercise except for show and strength solely for upper body strength.

They neglect the legs altogether which is the most important element in conditioning as a boxer or striker. Upper body strength cannot keep your feet from getting crossed or tired during fighting or sparring.

Boxers know without good footwork AND CONDITIONING YOUR TOAST! Most of those guys have carrot legs.

  • @3pac2pac I dont see why not really good Tricep and chest workout.

  • can u get really ripped with dip bars???

  • I feel you on the bar V.S. weights cause I done lift alot of weights and couldn't really move so I stopped messing with weights started doing dips with a ion gym which is like the bar. Now I feel 100 percent better inside and outside of my body some still think I lift weights all I do is push ups pull ups dips and it increased my speed as fas throwing blows. The difference that weights had me STIFF: Pushups, pullups got me tight, strong and lean.

  • @ThePretzelHead SIR I APPRECIATE WAT YOUVE JUST SAID.... THANKYOU PEACE... BARTENDAZ!!!!!!!!

  • Giant is a comedian -- "I seen guys get bead down..comfortably.

  • combine bar gymnastics with running and thats all you need.

  • I found Giant's conversation interesting; I really would like to know more about the culture, or even the history, of the bar. I always knew about the Ruff Ryders, but clearly at a certain point in time and for whatever reason, the bar movement seemed to take on its own life, a global life at that.

  • Anyone got info on the exercise at 1:16? Looks interesting, but what's it called? And what's he doing with his legs?

  • When I go to the gym I mainly do pullups, bar dips, and that upside down pullup (can't remember what they're called). Also some different pushup variations.

Jog for an hour between the days I go to the gym.

It's difficult to fight your own body weight, and to resist gravity, but I think it gives you a different sense of control (as opposed to using barbells, machines, etc.).

  • Dutty!
