are they playing in a church??

But i get what you mean about Zil and stagg. and if i played drums and had to choose between those 2 i would go stagg Eitherway hence you could buy like 3 full sets of stag cymbals for the same price as one full set of Zil cymbals.
but i think my personal Fav in sound must be "TRX" every single cymb from handmade to industry made sounds much better than what the price tag says! :D

but it all depends on what music and what playstyle you have really, Some cymbals that sounds great for one drummer might sound shit for another, it's all personal.
our drummer used a Stagg 12" China 17" china and a 10" splash and they broke in a couple o weeks, but he had heard great about them and they sounded good so he got new ones and same hapened with those so they weren't just "bad luck bad quality items" So now he is all meinl Classics wich also sounds epic! : )

@bibimcmackyno , they havnt , zildjians are no way near as good as they used to be , the artists use zildian cymbals purley beause the company pay them and give away free cymbals to them. the zildjain market base is so massive compared to stagg, thats why staggs are so cheap, because they spend no money on marketing, so they can focous on quality.

@CitySideProductions why, have they gone out of fashion or something? -.-
like if your a drummer :)
