Ortiz never ducked out ANYONE, he beat frank shamrock THREE times (look it up), and he always fought whoever he was presented to fight. Silva on the other hand is ducking out hendo, sonnen, machida and many others (sonnen explains it and it makes ALOT of sense) Ortiz will always be one of my fav fighters.
