Climb & Spin classes are multi-level pole dance classes where everyone, believe it or not, learns the same routine! However, our instructors are trained to modify the key elements of their routine to accommodate the needs & fitness level of everyone in class. That way, everyone is challenged within the context of the same choreography. Also, each routine is performed on the right and left sides for a balanced and safe workout.

Just like an exotic dancer *Tease. You are amazing. The song is hot however with your flavor it's irresistible. I just wish you'd finish what you've started, but that's what I say every time I get a lap dance. Maybe that's why I don't come back as much as I like too (no pun intended).
