@savator408 no the Noctua is better at extreme volts, the Silver Arrow is maybe degree or 2 better at low overclocks but when you really start to push a CPU the Noctua out-performs the Silver Arrow.

the Thermalright silver arrow is now the best air cooler on the market, beating the nh-d14 by up to 4 degrees. Problem is, I cant find it anywhere.
