This is a video I took one day when on the corrugator. I think right here we are running at about 650 feet per minute. The paper we were using at this moment was 96 inches wide . The machine is configured on 7 out. Meaning the corrugated stock is cut into seven columns and then cut into seven rows. I am standing on a catwalk that is about 10 feet high.
My work runs our 98 inch at 700 supposedly because that's the optimal speed but if the gator is running good we can take it up to 1000
