This challenge was announced, you know it was coming, there is many things I would like to say, but I'll try to keep it short, first of all, this was a totally different kind of Balrog here, he played very smart, and he outplayed me several times during the set, he did several comebacks and punish almost every mistake I did, he had an clean execution, and he really is one hell of a Balrog, with that said, I was pretty nervous, which I'm usually not, but he was not giving away opportunities and I missed some he did, he rushed down pretty good, you will notice, and it was working for him, fortunately I adapt quick and changed my way of play totally in several of this games, since, I wasn't able to rush like I usually do, he did a pretty good job to not let him be cornered, and was prepared when he was, leaving no chances for my corner pressure, those were some pretty intense games, I hope you like them, I'm not gonna spoil who won, but it was a first to 10 set, final score 10-9, just so you know guys, I failed to record 2 matches, my first win, and the last games is incomplete. Enjoy, comments are always are greatly appreciated.
EDIT: It is Win 7 curse all over again, videos has frame drops and out of sync audio, sorry guys, it was working yesterday, and I didn't change a single thing, won't be using it again to record games.

  • are these skips the lag or the video uploaded badly? cause that shit is terrible

  • Video capture issues, a problem with Win7 and my capture card, since I had to reinstall both windows I opted to install Win7 first, that was a mistake.

  • This is weird, heheh.

The last few matches I've watched seem to be the polar opposite of the 7 videos I watched last night. I was certain you were going to lose this set, as it seemed TKK had you completely figured out.

Going into the second half, the series seemed to take a flip with you setting the pace for most of the matches.

This is really god stuff, man.

  • What are we all DSP now?

If you play online there is some lag, on BOTH sides for BOTH players.

TKK lost fair and square online. If they had a rematch would be close again, so it is safe to say with a score of 10-9 they are equal players.

  • @NYCxPLAYB0Y stop riding that niggas dick

  • @NYCxPLAYB0Y Did I ever stat that it was a blowout you fucking retard. You sick because I know a good doctor. Is the person with 9 the winner? No, he fucking lost I don't care how close it was he still fucking lost. I don't need a class to teach me a basic fucking concept like that you dumbass goat fucker.

  • @Omegax9000 your a fucking moron go back to school ya dig that, statistically speaking they are equal seeing that the score was by a hair, if it was 10-5 or 10- 4 then it would be clear that it was a blow out... learn your stats b4 commenting

  • @LiftEatSleep 10-9 is not equal one is better and that one is the one who won with ten the person with nine is the first loser you dig?

  • Yo I don't get why TKK be hiding his losses; go check his website out, the matches between Geom v. Tkk go from 1-12, and then like the last 5 matches that were critical AND WHERE TKK LOST CONSECUTIVELY are missing; i mean you say you're a grown man, why don't you back all that high talk with action, dayum. TKK put up the vids where he is mostly winnin, that's real shady. Props to you geom for the good games

  • What's with the tkk dick riders?

  • Yes, when TKK goes into training mode to practice, the game automatically sets it to 2 bar connection. No matter how hard you practice your combos or muscle memory, lag will drop inputs. The buttons aren't delaying, the inputs are simply being dropped. That's SF4 net code for ya.

  • Haha. No.. just no. If it reduces the time to tech throws, which is 3 frames on normal throws, then it would obviously make the already strict timing of 1-frame links even harder than throw teching. Even if it is muscle memory, online drops inputs and isn't always accurate to 1/60th of a second ( there are 60 frames in a second. ) You still don't make any sense. It can't possibly be harder to tech throws but not harder to do combos and play on reaction footsies.

  • @TehPeaches

Because you have to react to throw teching, and online the lag reduces the window for you to tech your throws. If you're using visual cues for your combos then it's more than likely you just can't perform them well enough in the first place. In order for combos to be 100% effective they should just be muscle memory. That way you'll never miss them. If you play online ever, you should know what you're up against. No excuses.
