@ktyree1 If you ever get a chance, listen to "Brazil" and you can hear the "Philly Sound" all throughout the album. I recommend the tunes "Peanut Vendor", "Frenesi" and the title tune. And let me kow if you do.

@ktyree1 I don't know. I do know that Zack Zachery played mostly with MFSB. He may have played with Vince Montana and his Orchestra, but if you remember The Ritchie Family's album "Brazil" from 1975, I'm thinking that was either the Salsoul Orchestra or MFSB. Because the album was also recorded in the same studio (Sigma Sound in Philadelphia). John Bonnie may have played with either one of the groups that I mentioned. I wish I could have given you a better answer.

@customkey "South Philly" is one of those tunes that you can kick back with your lady and have a drink and dim the lights and get nice and mellow (and if you like, you can take it to the bedroom).
