Great video and clean explanation.
What about a Lefty vs. a Righty?
Is these any other guidelines for the Lefty to use?
I am a little confuse because I am an ambi and change hands from Left to Right both for forehands and backhand so it gets a little tricky.
Please advise if there is any changes for a Lefty.
