  • everybody ho can help me,, im also,, thrower im female.. from philippines,, visit me my facebook.,.@ jaced_st.monica@ymail.com help me please i want to be strong like erick cadee

  • Even the worlds furthest throws have flaws, sometimes very serious flaws. Sometimes a flaw turns into a mechanical advantage combined with talent and physical gifts.

  • actaully it does. if he were a glider then no it would not matter as much. But, as a spinner he lost a 20m throw because his heel touched down in the center of the circle and caused his hips to fall behind his upper body so he didnt get as much speed into the finish. Also he cut his entry to tight out of the back of the circle, which probably caused his heel to touch in the center as he was off balance a bit. You always want a wide right leg for as long as possible coming into the middle.

  • fantastic

  • well it does matter to be on your toes, but i am not here to argue :)

  • your completely right, but he gets a good extension on the end so doesn't matter mate

  • do you spin left? you want your wieht on the foot of the direction youre spinning.

  • Some people have their own style;)

  • Right foot should always be on its toes, not flat footed.
