@ICETEAPRODUCTIONS1 Then study instant induction some more, soon you will be a believer. After all we have done this thousands of times from stages in las vegas to Europe.... Were they all faking it? Of course not. Sometimes people just don't believe what they do not understand...

what exactly is a cuss word? if you want to be entirely correct it is curse word as in a word of curse. don't you watch south park. lol. Whom ever said instant inductions don't work and stage hypnosis shows are staged you don't know what you are talking about on both accounts. Do some research and open your mind.

@MakeEveryMomentCount WRONG! I can do both but i prefer to do progressive relaxation during therapy. Learn before you comment, just because you don't understand or believe it, does not make it bullshit.

Hypnosis is real, instant hypnosis is bullshit. It takes a long time to develop the necessary relaxation.

@MakeEveryMomentCount You make a logical error. That error is that hypnosis requires relaxation, or that relaxation takes time. If one can instantly become anxious, can one not become instantly calm? You have limiting beliefs. And need to lay off the cuss words.... They make you appear like a dumbshit.
