I've been sprouting for over one year now. BEST THING I EVER DID. Helped my diabetes, my digestive track, well, MY WHOLE DAMM BODY.

I just watched your video yet again. I do EXACTLY what you are doing. But I sprout 20 jars, on a rack that I built. I eat healthy every single day. My body loves it. I will never put anything NOT FRESH, or loaded with sugar, EVER AGAIN, into my body.

I made radish sprouts and they came out perfectly. The package said to keep the sprouts in a dark place for 3 days. I put them in the cabinet. The last day I put them in the window. Yummy to top salads or to put in cashew dip. They are a bit spicy and I love them! Thanks for your channel!
