Huntsville Tornado - 1/21/2010 - taken from my iPhone 3G using Cycorder. This thing literally formed RIGHT OVER MY HEAD. Only after I determined that it was moving away and was safe did I start recording it. I also apologize for the language... it was slightly unnerving situation for me.

my sister lives in huntsville....she seen sooo many tornados before...i havent seen one.....THUMBS UP IF U HAVENT SEEN A TORNADO :p

Its NOT a tornado until it touches down. Its called a FUNNEL cloud.

I remember this well... I drove directly under this while on 565 near Research Blvd. i said to myself that it looked like a wall cloud and that it could drop a tornado any minute. Sure enough by the time I got home a flipped the TV on, I saw that it had developed... Scary day.

I love how the guy doing the commentary says" if it came down now it would be an F1" WTF and Power flashes at 3:50 and he said it is not a tornado right now. GO TO SPOTTTER CLASS DUDE

@Alabamastormchaser I wasn't the one doing the commentary. I have been to numerous spotter training classes and the like. I was at my office, and handed my phone off for someone to do the recording for me while I was in the office on the radio talking with NALSW and HMCRACES to report what I was seeing. The person stating the strength/not a tornado now/etc knows his mistake. Focus on the video itself, not the peanut gallery talking during its filming. :P
