I guess katzenjammerkid expects us to just throw away all of the flashbulbs in the world because they are toxic. Since they are already made wouldn't it make more sense to us them before throwing them out?

Also, Gocco was not discontinued because of the toxic bulbs, but because of declining sales due to poor marketing in foreign markets by Riso. Riso had a xenon flash bulb imager back in the 90's that was discontinued due to porr sales (again from poor marketing outside of Japan)

It's great that you're having fun but you should be aware that the bulbs used in gocco are toxic. there's a reason why this product has been discontinued, women who worked in factories that used those substances ended up having babies with deformities, reproductive harm and cancer, as well as a high miscarriage rates. Though it is not stated specifically, it is likely to be lead and some other chemicals. Also, once you dispose of it, it will, over time, makes its way into ground water.
