Islamophobia in America - booming reality

Islamophobia is prejudice against Islam or Muslim people. The term dates back to the 1980s, but came into common usage after the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States. The prejudice has spread, becoming more prevalent in the United States, yet many are calling for more dialogue and focus about Islam as a religion and not the extremists that are hurting the image of the faith.

i dont care about islam in the US, yes i think they may be oppressed since 9/11, but just by looking in saudi/ iran where they kill other religion and oppress woman, its already plenty enough evidence to not trust islam value & moral.

@Renegade2895 sorry, but are you referring to my comment about Christianity being worse than Islam on the account of it´s incredibly bloody history, or my rant to the troll? If the first(presumably), there were the crusades, late roman empire, the wars in Europe, the fact that they don´t sport such and discriminating opinions about all christians and also, Islam doesn´t judge the members of other religions so harshly, as in christianity all infidels go to the bottom of hell.
