I loved the book as a child and i have the 1973 movie on DvD. I was disappointed with the lack of the emotion when the 2006 version came out. Wilbur was not crying when Charlotte passed on in the 73 version Wilbur sobbed over Charlotte's death. I respect your opinions just thought of reviewing mine. I didn't like the actress who played Fern in the 2006 version, I felt her lines she was given were wrong. Then again the 73 version shouldn't have had those songs.

The HB movie is good and some of the songs have stuck with me since I was a child so I have to disagree

I agree, the animated movie is not bad. I loved it as a kid, but now it is watchable at best. The songs do ruin it for me, which I agree is ironic because the Sherman Brothers rock.

@Iamdanielg Yeah, I would like to see that. I mean, he's praised the show quite a few times, even calling it one of his favorite cartoons of all time.

I hate Dakota Fanning is the reason why I dislike the live action version. That is all.
