The other thing that is missing is the brass at the beginning of this song as recorded on your CD.

I'm glad I caught this, David, because this live version is a bit of a departure from your CD version on Right Here, Right Now. Right here, you're playing more of the Cantaloupe Island intro in the minor mode, compared to your major mode intro on the CD version of Watermelon Man. I still like the CD version better, though, as it is more cohesive. I'll have to post what I play on keys along with your CD. It's a bit of George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue thrown into the mix.
