FFXII Speed Run - french version - final showdown (3 of 3)

This is the third and last part of the last battle of my FFXII speed run.

I play with the french version and I beat the game in 9:34:04 !

I'm going to explain how I managed to kill some boss.

The first boss are quite easy with my high level for example the mimic queen was a very quick battle! Later in the game, boss like demonwall or Belias may become a problem with bad equipment and levels around 18. Then I bought the technic Traveller. That's a GREAT technic! In fact, it can shoot at 9990! It's huge at the begining of the game!

Then with this technic, Demon wall, Belias and Vossler became so weak! For example it's possible to kill Vossler in only one blow!

After, I manage to get the zodiac spear before Tiamat! Basch was lvl 27 and others were around lvl 18. A great battle, I used quickenings and traveller to beat the bomb king. In Nabudis, I used the well known glitch technic.

With the spear, boss like Tiamat or Mateus were very easy! Bergan was also very easy thanks to traveller and the spear. The hardest fight was the first battle against Cid.

In giruvegan, I started to use reverse et decoy on Basch with bersek. It's a solution to have fast battle without take so much risks. Then I didnt have to buy potions or phoenix down.

Just before the Pharos, I bougth bubble and the item which makes spells unable to miss. Then the reverse technic became very efficient! I used this technics until the end of the game as you can see on my video.

The other guy's speed run was better. His time was 8hr53Min. Half an hour better than urs

Yes but he played on NTSC version which is based on 60Hz. I'm playing on PAL version which is based on 50Hz. Then you can't compare the 2 times we did.

elder wyrm was with like normal gear an normal game AND NO OVER LEVELING/cheats i figured out a way to avoid his status moves use belias to tank it he is immune than go in the far corners this game was kinna fun i got it late like in 2008

i was really dissapointed with how easy The Undying was. He hardly scratched me and i was like level 40 with everyone. Tiamat was the hardest boss in the game along with Elder Wyrm.
