So, today when I got home from school, after doing my homework... I decided to get some fresh air.
My feet led me to the park.
(This is the same park I used in Please Be Mine. It was my inspiration, and is possibly one of my favorite places. It's beautiful. It's a small park, and it's not what most people would think of when they hear the word perfect, just like I said in my previous video about my secret place.)
Anyway, I took out my phone and took these pictures. Photography is a very important thing to me. My passion for editing pictures and photography has grown in the past few months. To me, photography is more than just taking pictures. It's about capturing the beauty of a moment, capturing a memory, a scene, a special time and place, and when you look back at the photograph later, it transports you back through time. It's hard for me to explain in a way that makes sense, but that is nothing new. Haha.
Photography is not easy. For those of you who also enjoy photography, you know what I'm talking about. For me, I don't just find something and take a picture of it. I work to perfect the angle, lighting, everything. In the pictures in this video, you notice the angles of some of them, and the way they were taken, and how the sun looked, whether something was centered or not, etc. I didn't just do that. I experimented and found which angle would look best.
And yes, that is me at the end of the video in case you guys were wondering. I was frozen, I didn't have a heavy coat on in the 20 degree weather like I should have, but it was worth it.
I edited each of the photos on Photoshop, making them black and white. I also have the raw images. I thought I would share with you guys both, since I love the beauty of raw images, and the beauty of black and white ones. I have these pictures and more uploaded on my Flickr account, so if you'd like to view them, simply go here:

I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them.
God Bless.
xo.
Song Used: The Finish Line - Snow Patrol.
* I love this song. It's one of the most beautiful, soothing songs ever. I listen to it every night before I go to bed. That, and Meteor Shower by Owl City, are my lullabies. *
I'm being 1000% serious when i say that the picture of the swings at your park with the fallen leaves covering the ground is exactly how I alwys imagined the perfect park setting. You are so lucky to live where you do.

@SingPlayMusicLife Thank you. I actually wish I lived somewhere else, because it's kind of boring around here but now that you mentioned that, I realize I'm luckier than I thought.
