This was my first ever siren-related video, a virtual tour of the sirens in my hometown of Vinton, Iowa.

A couple changes have been made since I originally made this video. The STH-10 has been decommissioned, and is no longer used. To replace it, Vinton installed a new Whelen WPS-2902 two blocks south, behind the ISU Extension building (Which, ironically, is where the STH-10 used to be before getting moved to its present spot in 2000).

A correction must be made: siren #3 is actually located one block south of where I have it on the map, at the corner of 17th Street and C Avenue. I neglected to fix this before originally uploading the video, but anyone who tries to go see it at 16th & C will see the siren one block away in its correct place anyway.

Music is "Behind The Line" by Screw-Jay, downloaded from jamendo.com.
Map made in Microsoft Streets & Trips.
