  • I a femaale, and I say that women who make up these lies should get the same prison sentence that would have been given to the man had he done the crime.

Not only do the women who make the false allegations hurt innocent men, but they take creibility away from real rape victims.

  • Women who make false allegations should be held to the same standard as men that actually do commit horrible crimes of sexual assault and rape. Just like men that really rape have to be on a database, so should women so that other men won't get screwed by her and know to stay away from her.

  • Women that manipulate rape stats on camera should fined too.

  • As with so many problems in today's society, feminazism is entirely to blame. The fact that men wrongly accused of rape have their good names trashed while women who make false allegations receive no punishment is one of many examples of feminism spitting in the face of equality and common sense. The 5% figure is also bullshit, as it is based on the total number of rape reports. If you compare it against claims which are actually strong enough to make it to court, the figure is about 57%

  • Should be a sex offenders list for false accusers just like for sex offenders and pedophiles. Available to the public so they can protect themselves.

  • Low estimates put false rape claims at 40%. The U.S. military puts it at 60%. If accused; you will be charged without an investigation. This isnt CSI. I saw a girl give 6 different statements about a man: On the 6th one she claimed "I may have been touched right before I blacked out" -May Have- He was arrested, charged and destroyed. 1day before trial she admitted she lied several times so they charged him with kidnapping for not calling her parents since she was a runaway. He did 1yr in jail
