This is my home grown EFIS system that will be installed into the RV6 I am currently building.
The only input to this display for this demo is from a 5Hz bluetooth GPS, recorded on my Nokia phone. This was later down loaded and now used as a test data file for development.
Engine and airdata data comes via a serial link from a GRT EIS4000. The horizon reference is not yet functional but has been tested with a 3-axis accelerometer sensor. An AHRS requires more than 3 accelerometers!
So, disregard attitude, airspeed and engine display - they are simulated data. The altitude displayed is GPS altitude. Further, the panel on the lower RHS is the engine RPM and MP shown with a red warning background because one of the engine gauges in in the RED.
