@wafflethug 29 amps so mutliply 29 by 12 and you get 348 watts, the starter motor is just a motor and probably won't use more than 150 watts

@WhiteTrashDna Damn right you are but I think they are intentionally trying to deceive, and lies make me not buy things from companies I used to respect!

@chunkyfecalbreakfast dude i am with you on this one this will not work to start with out a battery but they are not really saying it will.... its just a fail gimmick

lol geiler akzent :-)

GO DUTCH PPL!

Are we to take your word for it that the red cable is to the starter? Take the whole terminal off the battery and I'll believe you. This is so much bullshit, the PSU will give only 1/4 or 1/2 amperage required to turn starter motor under engine load.

Your battery is 40AH(ampere hours), meaning it can deliver 40A for 1 hour, 4A for 10 hours, and so on. The maximum current it can deliver though is much higher. Probably in the hundreds of amps.

my batery it's 40A sooo...

Flippynl is probably right. I didnt see the second cable, but i can assure that a starter engine takes much more than 29 amperes. In fact, it takes around 200~300 amps to start the engine.

Eerh, that's exactly what I meant.

29 amps to start a car?
Most car batteries are rated for 400-600 amps.

FAIL ....
The big black cable powers the starter motor, and it conveniently stays connected to the battery.
