Seattle Seminar Highlights Pt 4

Thanks to Jake Burroughs for hosting another successful seminar on: Bagua...

This seminars covered Yin style Bagua Xiao Kai Men and many exercises about alignment and spiraling. Xiao Kai Men is a small linear form is more for learning the basics and beginnings of what Ba Gua is about. XKM later can be trained on the circle and partnering as to learn about basic techniques for Bagua. Me and Jake at the end of the vid Show some of those ideas and free play...

I talk about training habits that partners should develop as training partners and not to train individually while partnering... I covered ideas and concepts rooted in mechanics and understanding foundations, not stylized techniques... You will see variations on techniques but rooted in ideas or concepts that can build these variations.

We had a great time, and I look forward to future seminars with Jake and everyone...
