  • very well done....

  • Where can i get to see the whole film?

  • a very good film

  • forget slums, BUILD GREEN SLUMS, SOLAR, WIND, WATER RESTORATION, solar water treated sewage plants, restoration of plant and native species, GET RID OF THE CASTE SYSTEM, dammit

  • If this clip makes you cry, and it should, consider volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. This not-for-profit NGO builds houses in partnership with families in poverty. Their Delhi programme assists families who have been displaced by the destruction of the Yamuna Pushta slum.

  • Fantastic Video. It is heartbreaking to watch. The most basic of Human Rights is the right to shelter. Bulldozing the homes of the poor is not a solution to poverty. Progress is not progress until it includes all members of society. Thankyou for making such an important film and giving a voice to the people of the Basti.

  • It seems that such mindless destructions are carried out to please a few selfish persons who are ill-motivated.Such misactions are certainly not aimed to help people of India.A bitter tasting rather poisoning form of democracy, isn't it ?

  • Great video, please feel free to watch our latest video, you can watch it by clicking

  • I think no one could have made such a wonderful documentary on the stark realities which we generally give a blind eye. Ruzbeh should be supported on this cause. All the best to his documentary's entry in to the Berlin film festival.
