A small project I took up to study the interaction of Particle systems with Lattices. Have used Hook modifiers on Lattices parented to Armature bones so as to sculpt the Particle flow.
The video is recorded using Blender 2.49b. The blend file below is made using Blender 2.56beta

nicely done, i try to do something similar, but lattice modifier doesn't work properly. and the link is off, so if you could restore it, it would be awesome ;-)

Thank you F304B. The file that i provided did not open in 2.5, but I did quickly setup a particles system being deformed by a lattice from scratch in 2.5 by hand and its working..

Very interesting, good job with it. One question, does this work with blender 2.5?
