People who get heart transplants take on the talents and abilities of the person who donated the Heart. This is well documented. Basically, the Heart contains similar cells as the brain, and it stores memories, just like the brain. There is probably more that we don't understand, but the bottom line is that, if you receive a heart, you receive part of the person's experiences.
